I got an oil change here on 6/27/17. I immediately noticed major oil leaks on my garage floor. I called up there and the person I talked to seeked like "ya and" but told me to bring it in and they would take a quick look. They looked at it for about 5 minutes and said nope it's fine just some oil that spilled. A week later still getting stuff on my garage floor. Take it up for a 2nd time. Nope we can't find anything wrong we've cleaned it really well it will be good. Time goes by and I am STILL getting leakage. Finally I take it to the dealer I used to go to and all these people had to do was tighten a damn valve and the leaks stopped! Do not take your car to Monro!! They missed this simple fix 3 times.
Took our car for oil change was very rude to me. Price changed when we got there. Did not titten oil filter on almost fell off and lost oil. Do not take your vehicle to them....

My husband and I took our vehicle in for an oil change. Was told one price when we got there it was 20.00 more dollars then told. They were very rude to us for wanting it for the price quoted. Then afterwards noticed the car was burning oil and leaking oil which none of this was going on before the visit . My husband got under the vehicle and our oil filter was about to fall off the dam car. We lost alot of oil! So I would recommend you Not take your vehicle to these people!!!
