The Englewood location did a terrible job, and will never darken their doorstep again. I requested a refund, but was told, "that's not how it works." Well, am still the customer here, and cannot imagine why anyone would return to a business that provided such shoddy service. Shame on them, and am doing everything in my power to ensure others don't make the same mistake.
