The fact that it's a grassroots organization and that so many people volunteer to work here is amazing.
I was laid off from work without medical benefits and needed my prescriptions refilled. I called Health Partners and they brought me in a few day later. They could not have done a better job. They were prompt, helpful, professional, and kind. I was in and out in no time with all of my issues addressed. We are lucky to have them here in Troy!
I spent maybe 30 minutes filling out first time paperwork, then maybe another 30 minutes waiting for a doctor, which, in my opinion is not long at all.
Everyone here is really sweet.
Overall the whole facility has a friendly atmosphere.
