Great and friendly service at first. Only needed the unit for about 30 to 45 days. Was told that was no problem and that they would just pro rate it after the first month. We moved out of the storage unit on Memorial Day. I called the next day to let them know we were done with the storage unit. They in fact do NOT pro rate your next month Unless you give them a proper notice and I am talking more then just a couple of days. Paid $98.00 for 6 days of storage........
Editing my review after a year. Staff is nice but unreliable. I missed an out-of-state job interview because they neglected to make sure I could get after hours access to my locker even after I checked with them twice. Recently, I needed to change my banking information and was told I had to come into the office. I arranged to come in on Saturday, drove the hour to get there and found the place locked up tight. I still haven't been able to pay for this month. You would think they would want my money. I just called to try and make another arrangement and no one answered. I will pay November and December and then we are moving our things. It will be more expensive, but at least I don't have to wonder if the office is staffed or not.
Aside from that, everything transitioned smoothly. We didn't have to move any of our things and we've been able to pay for our unit as usual.
This place just recently changed from an Extra Space Storage to a SmartStop Self Storage and the transition was surprisingly smooth and storage. I wish Extra Space had done a better job informing us on the change, and there's a downside in that we lost the insurance on the unit we had through Extra Space.
Original review: Tom and Jason were very helpful and ultra professional. The place is clean, well-lighted, safe, and they spray for bugs. We have two units and recommend them to everyone.
Likely going to keep using them until I finally move out of state.
This lot has held our things for about two years now with little to no trouble and good sized units. I remember we were able to upgrade the size of our unit very easily when we needed to. And it's always been nice that the units themselves are open late into the night.

This is a very nice storage unit, climate controlled and insured. The people are great to deal with and it's very clean and well taken care of. I'd tell anyone looking for storage to go here. It's a bit pricier than others but well worth the security.
