I am very pleased with the service that I have received from your personal florist. They have always gave the best service and the customer service is the best. Your Personal Florist to the rescue! I grew up in Troy but I live on the West Coast now. I called YPF this morning and told them what happened. They said delivering the flowers that day would be no problem, asked me my price point, and asked what kind of flowers I wanted. I simply said "purple" because that is my family member's favorite color.
Way to high priced! Stopped here on the way to Lima.. Flowers were lower quality and higher priced
I had the best experience with this company. Due to being out of town, all of my communication was via email. They were quick to respond, helped to find flowers within my wedding budget, and answered all of my questions. When my flowers showed up my wedding day, they were exactly what I wanted. Thank you YPF!
Unfortunately, they were never delivered so I got a refund.
Just three hours - THREE HOURS - later, my flowers were delivered. Now, I was a little nervous since I did not get to pick them out for myself. I was nervous for no reason, though; the arrangement was perfect! I liked it better than the one I picked out online and it was cheaper.
On top of that, the customer service I received was fantastic. Thanks to YPF, I now know to order flowers locally and have them delivered versus having the big boys do it (and screw it up).
I ordered flowers from a major flower website *cough* Pro Flowers *cough* to be delivered to a family member who was in the hospital. I ordered them on a Sunday and paid extra to have them delivered the next day.

Tell them what you want & you get fabulous. If you don't know, tell them what it's for & you get fabulous. Don't waste your money on overpriced flowers from a chain shop or a grocery store, stop in or call Your Personal Florist, they deliver too.
