Had a long conversation about trimming my hair to shoulder length bob with layers. Then as is she forgot everything we said she proceeded to cut my hair off at my chin. Too late to stop her now my hair is so short. And after she was patting herself on back for a great job! Haircut was fine but not what I wanted and now all my hair is gone!!!
